We offer standard delivery within 3-5 working days for a flat rate of $5.95. Express next-day delivery is available for orders placed before 1 PM. Free standard shipping applies to all orders over $100.
What is your return policy for home decor items?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that personalized items and earrings are non-returnable for hygiene and customization reasons.
Are your textiles and bedding sets machine washable?
Most of our luxury bedding and cushions are machine washable at 30 degrees Celsius. However, we recommend checking the specific care label on each product to ensure the longevity of the gold foil and intricate prints.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our home collections globally. International delivery times vary by location, typically ranging from 7-14 business days. Duties and taxes are calculated at checkout for most destinations.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing. If you need to make a change, please contact our customer service team within 30 minutes of ordering, and we will do our best to assist you.
